Responsible for overall accounts and finance operations of clients of our Accounts outsourcing department.

Effective handling of monthly, quarterly and annual closing with effective, timely and accurate closure of provisions and actualization of income and expenses and preparation of monthly profit and loss MIS of various clients.

Weekly review of trade payable and payment processed as per the policy of the client Companies.
-
Weekly review of trade receivable with management and provide trade debtors MIS of overdue payments and corresponded about overdue accounts and assured establishment of follow-up chart.

Coordination with Statutory auditor/Internal auditors and would be responsible for having audits done .

Looking after Legal Compliance i.e. Vat Returns and corporate tax

Must be able to prepare and present monthly presentations over monthly operations

Would be leading team of accountants working within the department.

Overall responsible for leading the overall accounts outsourcing of client.
Desired Qualification & Skills
-
A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with core Experience in Accounts & Finance.
-
Must have 4+ years of experience of Finalization of Books of Accounts.
-
Must have knowledge of accounting standards and application of same.
-
Must be very strong in Tally, Busy, Excel. Working on Zoho will be added advantage.

SAP & Oracle exp is preferable (not mandatory)

Must be very good in excel
-
Must have experience of Team Handling with good leadership qualities.

Must be okay for travelling to client places if required.
Finance & Accounts
The candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing FINACT’s digital presence, including the company’s social media channels and the Managing Partner’s professional pages. The role involves planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring digital content aligned with FINACT’s brand image, communication style, and marketing goals.
Key Role and Responsibilities

Content Management & Posting

Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar across all official FINACT social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) and the Managing Partner’s pages

Ensure consistent posting schedule in line with company branding and tone.

Coordinate with internal teams or content designers for post creation, ensuring quality, accuracy, and relevance.
2. Brand Consistency & Quality Control

Ensure all digital content adheres to FINACT’s brand guidelines and maintains a professional, client-oriented tone.

Review posts for language quality, visual presentation, and compliance with company communication standards.
3. Engagement & Interaction
-
Monitor and respond promptly to incoming messages, comments, and inquiries on all digital platforms in a professional and courteous manner.

Escalate client or business queries to relevant departments when required.

Track engagement and audience interaction levels.
4. Digital Footprint & Growth

Strengthen FINACT’s overall digital presence through strategic initiatives, collaborations, and targeted campaigns.

Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.
-
Ensure profiles are up to date and optimized for SEO and discoverability.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Provide monthly analytics reports summarizing engagement rates, audience growth, and performance of campaigns.

Suggest actionable insights to improve reach, content effectiveness, and digital strategy.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in professional services (finance, consulting, or similar sectors).

Strong understanding of brand management and digital marketing.

Excellent communication and writing skills in English.

Familiarity with analytics tools (LinkedIn Insights, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Ability to handle multiple accounts and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
